Full course description

As with previous years, completion of Legal Trends is mandatory for individuals who meet any of the following criteria:

• Conduct annual reviews for benefited employees.
• Supervise or hire employees (including non-benefited and work-study positions).
• Have authority over FTE or staff position requests during budget development.
• Make decisions regarding program budgets or employee compensation.
• Manage program delivery (on or off campus).
• Act as a representative of the University.
• Enter into contracts or agreements with vendors.
• Serve as faculty in a department chair or administrative role.
